The TCU Horned Frogs travel to Austin to try to keep their undefeated record alive against the Texas Longhorns in a classic college football matchup tonight.
Whatever the TC Horned Frogs have done to remain undefeated seems to have worked. That puts the Horned Frogs at the top of the Big 12 with a 6-0 record in conference games and 9-0 overall. With a team that simply appears unbeatable, the Horned Frogs are reflecting the hard work they put in during the preseason.
The Horned Frogs are also not ready to let that effort go to waste. The team is all set to visit the Texas Longhorns at Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium tonight.
The numbers for Texas can’t match TCU’s flawless mark. However, the team has managed to pull a solid 6-3 record. This has allowed them to remain in second in the Big 12, right behind the Longhorns with a 4-2 Conference mark.
There is no question that TCU is having one of the best seasons in the last ten years. To remain undefeated after nine games is one thing. To still stand without a loss against a top college football rival is another.

For TCU, Max Duggan and Kendre Miller have become key in the offense. Duggan now leads the Horned Frogs with 2,407 passing yards and 24 touchdowns. Miller is the top running back for TCU with 1,009 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns.
The Longhorns have struggled to make it to the top of the conference standings. Texas was one of the expected teams to fight for a solid chance to win the conference this season.
However, teams like TCU have proven that there is always something to look for in teams that don’t quite strike as the usual giants. Now the Longhorns are ready to prove that they are championship material and stay close to TCU.
Quinn Ewers is now leading for the Longhorns, with 1,336 passing yards and 13 touchdown passes. Bijan Robinson has gained an outstanding 1,129 yards and 12 touchdowns to lead Texas rushers.
The Horned Frogs and the Longhorns are ready to fight for the top spot in the Big 12. For TCU, the total has hit over in six of their last eight games. As for Texas, the total has gone under in ten of their previous 15 games.
The Horned Frogs are ready to remain undefeated. TCU is ranked number four in the country according to the AP and the Coaches Poll. They are also third in the country with 43.1 points per game and only 26.9 points against.
There is no question that TCU appears unbeatable by looking at the numbers. The Longhorns ranked 18th in the country. They average 36.1 points per game while giving up 28.1 to their opponents.
With home-field advantage and the odds in their favor, the Longhorns might just be able to end TCU’s undefeated streak tonight.
