Alabama is led by Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Bryce Young who threw for 421 yards and three touchdowns in their SEC Championship matchup. The Tide’s only loss this season was against Texas A&M.
A win for Alabama coach Nick Saban would give him his seventh National Championship with the Crimson Tide and his eighth overall, winning the title as the coach of LSU in 2003.

The Georgia Bulldogs seek their seventh National Championship and its first since 1980. In this game, the team needs to find a way to be victorious over the team that handed them their only loss of the season in the SEC Championship game. Quarterback Stetson Bennett is the leader of this team, and whether they win or lose will be squarely on his shoulders.
Bennett threw for 340 yards and three touchdowns the last time these two teams met but threw two interceptions which were costly for his team. Georgia came into the game as favorites in this matchup but couldn’t do enough to get the victory. The key for them to win on Monday is to protect the ball and do as much as possible to contain Bryce Young by putting more pressure on the quarterback.
