Ryan Feltner

SP

Feltner threw around 35 pitches in a live batting practice session Wednesday, which marked his first time facing hitters since landing on the injured list. It's unclear how many rehab starts he'll require, but he should return in late May or early June.

RJ Petit

RP

Petit will miss the entire 2026 campaign after undergoing Tommy John surgery with an internal brace on his right elbow last week. Valente Bellozo was selected to the 40-man roster and optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque in a corresponding move.

McCade Brown

SP

Brown has been dealing with right shoulder inflammation since the beginning of spring camp, and his move to the 60-day IL will officially keep him on the sidelines until at least May 24. Sammy Peralta was claimed off waivers from the Brewers to fill the open spot on the 40-man roster.

Brayan Castillo

RP

Castillo received an invitation to big-league spring training, but the lat injury will likely end his longshot bid to win a spot on the Rockies' Opening Day bullpen. The 25-year-old righty split the 2025 campaign between Triple-A Albuquerque and Double-A Hartford, posting a 2.94 ERA and 64:27 K:BB in 52 innings.

Pierson Ohl

RP

Ohl underwent season-ending Tommy John surgery in late February. If the Rockies bring him back as a reliever, he has a chance to be ready in time for the start of next season.
