Terms of Participation

1. What Is The Oracle

The Oracle is a skill-based sports spread prediction contest operated by GODDS. Participants purchase Oracle Slots using $GODDS virtual tokens and submit predictions on the margin of victory for five pre-selected sporting events. Scores are calculated based on prediction accuracy. Weekly prizes and a cumulative jackpot are distributed to top-performing participants as described in these terms.

The Oracle is not a sportsbook, gambling platform, or regulated financial product. No bet is placed against GODDS or any third party. GODDS does not accept wagers on the outcome of sporting events. The Oracle is a contest of skill in which participants compete against each other for a share of a prize pool funded by contest entry fees.

2. $GODDS Virtual Currency

$GODDS tokens are virtual currency issued exclusively by GODDS for use within the GODDS platform. $GODDS tokens have no guaranteed monetary value, are not redeemable for cash outside of prize contexts described herein, and are not a cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument of any kind.

$GODDS tokens may be obtained by purchasing them with USDT cryptocurrency at the rates published on the GODDS platform. Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice. Tokens may also be earned in small quantities through platform activity as described in the GODDS Rewards program.

All $GODDS token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once tokens are credited to your account, they cannot be exchanged back for USDT or any other currency, except as prize winnings distributed by GODDS as described in Section 5.

3. Oracle Slot Purchases

Each Oracle week, participants may purchase up to three Oracle Slots using $GODDS tokens. Slot prices follow a fixed schedule: Slot 1 costs 25,000 $GODDS, Slot 2 costs 40,000 $GODDS, and Slot 3 costs 65,000 $GODDS. These prices are fixed per contest week and are not subject to negotiation.

Oracle Slot purchases are final and non-refundable once the prediction deadline has passed. If a participant purchases a slot but does not submit predictions before the deadline, no refund or credit will be issued. GODDS recommends submitting predictions immediately after purchasing a slot.

The equivalent USDT value of each slot is calculated at the base rate of $0.001 per $GODDS token and is used solely for prize pool accounting. This rate does not establish a guaranteed redemption value for $GODDS tokens outside of prize distributions.

4. Predictions and Scoring

Each Oracle week features five pre-selected sporting events. For each event, participants predict the winning team and the margin of victory by selecting from predefined ranges. Participants also distribute 1,000 conviction credits across the five games, with a minimum of 50 credits per game.

Scores are calculated by multiplying the points earned for each prediction by the credits allocated to that game. The point values for each prediction range are fixed and published on the Oracle page. The scoring system rewards both precision and conviction.

Predictions may be edited at any time before the deadline, which is 24 hours before the first scheduled game of the Oracle week. Once the deadline passes, all predictions are locked permanently and cannot be modified under any circumstances.

5. Prize Distribution

The prize pool for each Oracle week is funded by Oracle Slot purchases. Of the total revenue collected in a given week: 20% is retained by GODDS as an operating fee, 15% is contributed to the cumulative Oracle Jackpot, and 65% constitutes the Weekly Prize Pool available for distribution.

The Weekly Prize Pool is distributed equally among all participants who achieve a score at or above the Prophet Threshold for that week. If no participant achieves the Prophet Threshold, the entire Weekly Prize Pool rolls over to the cumulative Oracle Jackpot.

The Oracle Jackpot is a cumulative prize pool that grows each week in which no participant achieves an Oracle Perfect score. A participant who achieves Oracle Perfect wins the entire Oracle Jackpot balance accumulated to that point. If multiple participants achieve Oracle Perfect in the same week, the jackpot is divided equally among them.

All prizes are paid in USDT to the wallet address registered by the winner on the GODDS platform on the Polygon network. Winners must have a valid wallet address registered before the conclusion of the Oracle week to receive their prize. Prizes are distributed within 72 hours of results being published.

6. Payment Processing

$GODDS token purchases are processed manually by the GODDS team. To purchase tokens, participants send USDT to the GODDS platform wallet on the Polygon network and submit the transaction hash through the GODDS platform. Tokens are credited to the participant's account within 4 business hours of transaction verification.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they send funds on the correct network. GODDS is not responsible for funds sent on incorrect networks or to incorrect addresses. GODDS will make reasonable efforts to recover misdirected funds but cannot guarantee recovery.

Transaction hashes submitted more than once, or hashes from transactions that do not correspond to the claimed amount, will be rejected. Fraudulent submissions may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Eligibility

The Oracle is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law.

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. GODDS makes no representation that participation in The Oracle is legal in any particular jurisdiction. By participating, you represent and warrant that your participation is lawful where you reside.

GODDS employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in The Oracle or receive prizes.

8. Game Cancellations and Modifications

If one or more of the five Oracle games for a given week is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of the scheduled start time, or otherwise unable to produce a final result, GODDS reserves the right to void that game's predictions and recalculate scores based on the remaining games, issue proportional $GODDS token refunds for the affected slot, or cancel the Oracle week entirely and refund slot costs in $GODDS tokens.

GODDS reserves the right to modify the Oracle contest format, scoring system, or prize structure with 7 days advance notice published on the GODDS platform. Modifications do not apply retroactively to weeks already in progress.

9. Jackpot Transparency

The Oracle Jackpot balance is publicly visible on the GODDS platform at all times. Each week, GODDS publishes a complete breakdown of the prize pool: total slot revenue, the operating fee, the jackpot contribution, the weekly prize pool, amounts paid to winners, and the updated jackpot balance.

GODDS maintains the Oracle Jackpot in a designated account and does not commingle jackpot funds with operating funds. The jackpot balance displayed on the platform reflects the actual accumulated balance available for prize distribution.

10. No Guarantee of Winnings

Participation in The Oracle does not guarantee winnings of any kind. The Oracle is a skill-based contest with inherent uncertainty. Past performance of any participant does not guarantee future results.

The information provided through the GODDS platform, including algorithm picks, Edge Finder data, and signal summaries, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of prediction accuracy. GODDS is not responsible for any financial losses arising from participation in The Oracle.

11. Account Integrity

Each participant may maintain only one GODDS account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent slot purchase limits or gain unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all $GODDS balances and prizes.

GODDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraud, manipulation, collusion, or violation of these terms, with or without prior notice. In such cases, GODDS may withhold pending prizes pending investigation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GODDS and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in The Oracle or use of the GODDS platform.

GODDS's total liability to any participant shall not exceed the total amount of $GODDS tokens purchased by that participant in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Disputes

Any disputes regarding Oracle scores, prize distributions, or token credits must be submitted to GODDS within 7 days of the relevant Oracle week results being published. GODDS will review disputes in good faith and respond within 5 business days. GODDS's determination on any dispute is final.

By participating in The Oracle, you waive any right to pursue disputes through legal action except where prohibited by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

GODDS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in The Oracle after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the GODDS platform with at least 7 days notice before taking effect.
