Gary Trent Jr.
G
Trent declined his player option with the Bucks for 2026-27 but will now return to the club on a long-term deal. He's spent the last two seasons with Milwaukee and averaged 8.1 points, 1.2 assists and 1.0 rebounds across 21.2 minutes per game in 65 regular-season appearances (21 starts) last season.
Kyle Kuzma
F
The veteran forward is one of the few proven scorers remaining on the roster following the Giannis Antetokounmpo trade and could help ease the transition for rookies Brayden Burries and Nate Ament if he stays with the team. However, his expiring contract could make him an appealing target for contenders before the trade deadline.
Myles Turner
C
While the veteran center would likely open the season as the Bucks' starting center, the team's focus on developing younger talent could eventually lead to a move if the right offer emerges. Until then, Turner should continue serving as a stabilizing presence for a roster headlined by inexperienced players.
Ryan Rollins
G
The 24-year-old is one of the few returning young players expected to receive consistent opportunities as the Bucks evaluate their long-term core. Rollins should compete for a starting backcourt role entering training camp, though his usage could fluctuate depending on Tyler Herro's status. His fantasy outlook is trending up following Milwaukee's organizational reset.
Kevin Porter Jr.
G
Porter (knee) had a quality 2025-26 season from a statistical standpoint, averaging 17.4 points, 5.2 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 0.5 blocks and a career-high 2.2 steals across 33.2 minutes. However, the 26-year-old logged only 38 games and underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee in April. It's unknown when Porter will be cleared to suit up, though durability concerns could keep him on the bench regularly for the Bucks during the 2026-27 campaign, especially with Ryan Rollins and Tyler Herro in the equation. Still, if Porter stays healthy, he can provide valuable minutes for a team that no longer has Giannis Antetokounmpo on the roster.
