Folk posting an accurate performance is nothing new, as he has missed exactly one field-goal attempt in each of the past three regular seasons. The 41-year-old kicker showed he still has some power left in his leg as well Saturday, as he converted 51-yard and 50-yard field-goal attempts Saturday.

Zachariah Branch

WR

The Falcons rested their starters for Saturday's second preseason game. Branch has yet to earn that distinction, as the rookie third-round pick appears to be behind Drake London, Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus on the wide receiver depth chart at this stage. Branch could contribute out of the gate as a return man on special teams while working his way into a larger role in Atlanta's underwhelming WR room.

Tua Tagovailoa

QB

Cooper Rush and Jack Strand split quarterback duties while Tagovailoa was rested along with Atlanta's other starters. Michael Penix (knee) has yet to be cleared for game action, so it's looking increasingly more likely that Tua will be under center when the Falcons kick off regular-season play Sept. 13 at Pittsburgh. It remains to be seen if Tagovailoa will feature in Friday's preseason finale against the Dolphins.

Kam Dewberry

G

Dewberry got rolled up on and appeared to be having trouble putting weight on his left leg. The offensive guard will receive a further evaluation before a potential return timeline is given. With Dewberry out, Kyle Hinton will likely be the primary depth option at guard for the Falcons.

Michael Penix Jr.

QB

It's a positive step in Penix's recovery from ACL surgery that he underwent in November. He's been limited to 7-on-7 drills for most of training camp, but the expectation is that he'll upgrade to full team drills Monday. Depending on how his knee reacts to additional work, Penix could play in the Falcons' preseason finale against the Dolphins on Friday.
