Sanders and Watson have been alternating first-team reps in the early days of camp. Watson got the first-team spot for Friday's training camp practice, so Sanders is set to take his next turn Monday, when the team puts on pads for the first time. Cleveland's quarterback competition is unlikely to be decided until after Sanders and Watson play in the preseason.

Quinshon Judkins

"I'm gonna push him to find out," Staley added of Judkins, who is participating in training camp after recovering from a dislocated right ankle and fractured fibula suffered in Week 16 of the 2025 season. Prior to the injury, Judkins enjoyed a productive rookie campaign, totaling 998 scrimmage yards and seven rushing touchdowns in 14 regular-season appearances. Judkins is expected to work as Cleveland's lead back, with fellow second-year pro Dylan Sampson serving in a change-of-pace role.

Mike Hall Jr.

DT

The defensive tackle suffered a right leg injury and had to be helped off the field by trainers during OTAs back in May. Hall appears to be good to go and in the thick of competition for a rotational role along the defensive line similar to the one he played during his first two seasons, recording 25 total tackles (12 solo), including 2.5 sacks, in that span.

Mason Graham

DT

Graham was wearing a walking boot during minicamp back in June, but he's apparently back to full strength with training camp now underway. He projects to play a huge role on the defensive line in 2026.
