Tank Bigsby
RB
Bigsby was acquired from the Jaguars prior to Week 2 last season, and he went on to rush for 344 yards and two touchdowns on 58 carries across 16 regular-season appearances for Philadelphia. His 5.9 yards per carry would have ranked first in the NFL if Bigsby had enough carries to qualify. Though the Eagles also currently employ Will Shipley, Dameon Pierce and Elijah Mitchell at running back, Bigsby appears set to be Barkley's clear No. 2 and someone who will be worth stashing on fantasy benches in the event of a Barkley injury.
Saquon Barkley
RB
Mannion is overhauling the Philadelphia offense, including new terminology, while head coach Nick Sirianni shifts to a more hands-off, executive role. That could always change if things don't go well early in the season, but it nonetheless sounds promising for Barkley in light of his disappointing 2025 campaign in a stagnant offense. Of course, he's not the only one who will need to adjust to a new scheme, with fantasy results partially depending on how QB Jalen Hurts and the offensive line respond to Mannion's changes.
Dallas Goedert
TE
Goedert re-signed with Philadelphia via a one-year, $7 million deal this offseason and is coming off a productive 2025 campaign in which he drew 82 targets across 15 regular-season games. The veteran tight end finished with 591 receiving yards and a career-high 11 touchdowns, emerging as one of the team's top red-zone threats. Alongside DeVonta Smith and rookie first-round pick Makai Lemon (undisclosed), Goedert projects as one of the primary beneficiaries of Brown's departure. Dontayvion Wicks, Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore are also expected to compete for a larger share of the passing game.
Hollywood Brown
WR
Brown signed with the Eagles early in free agency and now finds himself competing for opportunities in a reshaped receiving corps. DeVonta Smith is entrenched as the team's No. 1 wideout, while rookie first-round pick Makai Lemon and tight end Dallas Goedert also stand to benefit from the departure of A.J. Brown. Brown's experience and ability to stretch the field could help him carve out a role, though he faces competition from Dontayvion Wicks and Elijah Moore as training camp approaches. The 29-year-old put up a 49-587-5 line (on 74 targets) across 16 regular-season appearances with the Chiefs in 2025.
Dontayvion Wicks
WR
Wicks was acquired by the Eagles via a trade with Green Bay before Brown's departure, and he signed a new one-year, $12.5 million contract upon arrival. With Brown gone, DeVonta Smith remains the clear No. 1 receiver, while rookie first-round pick Makai Lemon (hamstring) and tight end Dallas Goedert are strong candidates to absorb additional targets. Still, Wicks' versatility has drawn attention, with head coach Nick Sirianni comparing him to Keenan Allen during mandatory minicamp. The 25-year-old could emerge as the favorite for the No. 3 receiver role over Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore if he continues to impress and develops chemistry with Jalen Hurts during training camp.
Jalen Hurts
QB
A.J. Brown, who led the Eagles with 121 targets in 2025, was traded to the Patriots earlier this month, but prior to that previously speculated move, Philadelphia proactively added depth to a WR corps that is slated to led by returnee DeVonta Smith. The most notable moves in that regard were adding Makai Lemon in the first round of this year's draft, in addition to trading for Dontayvion Wicks and signing Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore in free agency. During the 2025 regular season, Hurts recorded 3,224 passing yards and a 25:6 TD:INT to go with 421 rushing yards and eight TDs on the ground (on 105 attempts) in 16 contests, numbers that kept him relevant from a fantasy perspective. Looking ahead, Hurts' upside in 2026 is largely tied to how well he adapts to working in new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion's system, as well as how things shake out in terms of the team's collective approach to replacing Brown.
Erik Ezukanma
WR
Ezukanma, a 2022 fourth-round pick, spent the first three seasons of his career with the Dolphins before being cut by the team last August. He then spent part of the 2025 campaign on Jacksonville's practice squad. All five of his career regular-season appearances have come with Miami. Ezukanma will now compete for a reserve role with Philadelphia.
AJ Epenesa
DE
Epenesa reportedly agreed to a one-year deal with the Browns in late March, but Cleveland ultimately backed out of the deal following his physical. He now appears to have moved past whatever issue was uncovered, as he's been brought in by the Eagles. The 2020 second-round pick from Iowa appeared in 16 regular-season games for the Bills last year, recording 32 total tackles, including 2.5 sacks, and four passes defensed, with two interceptions. Now in Philadelphia, Epenesa will likely operate as one of the team's top reserve edge rushers during the 2026 season.
Jihaad Campbell
LB
As defensive coordinator Vic Fangio stated in late May, the expectation is for Campbell to be ready for Eagles' training camp in July. Campbell, a 2025 first-round pick from Alabama, appeared in 17 regular-season games during his rookie campaign, recording 80 total tackles, three passes defensed, including one interception, and one forced fumble. With Nakobe Dean's departure in free agency, Campbell is expected to operate as one of Philadelphia's top inside linebackers once healthy.
Eli Stowers
TE
The rookie second-round pick has a sleeve over his right leg and reportedly hasn't been doing much this week. Philadelphia's first-round pick, WR Makai Lemon, has also been absent from recent practices, nursing a hamstring injury that doesn't sound overly severe. Stowers' issue doesn't sound serious either, but it's possible he'll be limited for these last few practices before the Eagles break for the summer. Nothing at this stage hints at doubt about his availability for the start of training camp in late July. The concern for Stowers' fantasy value is Dallas Goedert's continued presence in Philadelphia, not a minor injury during OTAs.
Lane Johnson
OT
Johnson missed the last eight games of the 2025 campaign (including playoffs) with a Lisfranc injury but is now healthy again. The 36-year-old will once again serve as the Eagles' starting right tackle during the upcoming season.
Tanner McKee
QB
McKee was excellent in his lone 2025 preseason appearance, completing 20 of 25 passes for 252 yards and two touchdowns while adding a third score on the ground. He looked like someone the Eagles could dangle in trade talks to a team looking to develop a potential starter at QB. However, McKee then disappointed in a Week 18 spot start against the Commanders, going 21-for-40 for 241 yards, one touchdown and one interception while absorbing three sacks in a 24-17 loss. The Eagles traded for Dalton in March, and it looks like McKee has been bumped down the depth chart as a result.
Zion Wilson
DT
The Eagles have become notorious in recent years for investing heavily in their defensive line, and Wilson's new contract includes $225,000 in guaranteed money, which is an relatively large figure for an undrafted rookie. He'll be competing for a depth role behind a stacked front three if he can land a spot on the final 53-man roster for 2026.
Elijah Mitchell
RB
After trying out during Philadelphia's rookie camp earlier this spring, per Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia, Mitchell is getting a bigger chance as offseason workouts resume. There could be room for legitimate competition in the Eagles' backfield behind Saquon Barkley, as both Tank Bigsby and 2024 fourth-rounder Will Shipley are relatively unproven.
Makai Lemon
WR
The 2026 first-round pick observed practice off to the side with his right leg in a compression sleeve. Following Monday's trade of A.J. Brown to the Patriots, Lemon is expected to operate as the Eagles' WR2 alongside DeVonta Smith this season. The severity of his hamstring injury isn't clear, but it wouldn't be a surprise if Lemon is done for the remainder of OTAs, with the focus being on having him fully healthy for training camp in July.
Samori Toure
WR
The seventh-round pick of the Packers in 2022 appeared in 22 regular-season games with his original team across his first two NFL campaigns. Toure spent the majority of last year on New Orleans' practice squad before playing in the regular-season finale. The wide receiver joins a crowded depth chart in Philadelphia that includes DeVonta Smith, 2026 first-round pick Makai Lemon and offseason additions Dontayvion Wicks, Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore.
DeVonta Smith
WR
In anticipation of trading Brown, Philadelphia bolstered its wide receiver room by selecting Makai Lemon in the first round of this year's draft, in addition to trading for Dontayvion Wicks and signing Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore in free agency. Smith figures to work ahead of those offseason additions after posting the third 1,000-yard regular season of his five-year career in 2025. Philadelphia's 2021 first-round draft pick has averaged 111 targets in his first five regular seasons, the last four of which came while starting alongside Brown.
Myles Hinton
OT
On paper, Hinton's length (6-foot-6, 34-inch arms) makes him better suited for work at tackle, but even still, his path to playing time might be clearer inside, given Philadelphia's offensive line personnel otherwise. Hinton figures to be a depth option if he can earn a spot on the 53-man roster for 2026.
Willie Lampkin
C
The Eagles claimed Lampkin off waivers last August but kept him on IR for the entire season. He's currently in competition with Drew Kendall for the backup center spot behind Cam Jurgens.
Johnny Wilson
WR
The wide receiver suffered a season-ending knee injury in August of last year. Wilson is not only back for OTAs, but receiving some first-team reps ahead of Hollywood Brown and Elijah Moore, per Erby. The 2024 sixth-round pick caught five passes for 38 yards and a score as a rookie.
Andrew Mukuba
S
Mukuba missed Philadelphia's last seven games (including playoffs) of the 2025 season due to an ankle injury, but it now appears he's recovered from the issue. Prior to picking up the injury, the 2025 second-round pick from Texas had emerged as a crucial part of the Eagles' secondary, recording 46 total tackles, including 0.5 sacks, and three passes defensed, with two interceptions, across 11 appearances. He's expected to operate as the team's top free safety during the 2026 campaign.
Cooper DeJean
CB
Dejean played many of his 2025 snaps as the slot cornerback in the Eagles' scheme, but it appears the team intends to test Marcus Epps with a competition for the starting strong safety job. With Michael Carter joining the team after a 2025 midseason trade, it seems defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is attempting to maximize his defensive backs. Both Dejean and Carter have received All-Pro votes at slot cornerback, with Dejean winning first team honors in 2025. If Dejean can translate that talent to safety, the Eagles could field elite value at both positions as they attempt to defend the NFC East title.
Nolan Smith Jr.
LB
According to a representative of the Twiggs County Sheriff's Office, Smith's vehicle was clocked at 130 miles per hour in a 70 mph zone while the 25-year-old was driving on the interstate. A court date for Smith's case has been set for July 14, though he wouldn't have to appear if he agrees to pay the fines associated with his citations. A 2023 first-round draft pick, Smith has accrued 10.5 sacks and 25 quarterback hits over 45 career games during the regular season and was a standout performer in the Eagles' run to the Super Bowl in 2024, when he racked up 4.0 sacks in four playoff contests.
Tucker Large
S
Large signed with the team as an undrafted free agent May 1 but ended up spending less than a week on their active roster. He will now miss at least the first four games of the regular season.
Jalen Carter
DT
The cost to maintain Carter's services through 2027 comes at a hefty $27 million. The defensive tackle earned Pro Bowl honors in both 2024 and 2025, adding value to his fifth-year option. Carter missed multiple games due to various injuries last season, as well as being ejected in Week 1 for an incident involving him spitting on Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. When Carter was on the field, he produced 33 tackles (21 solo), including 3.0 sacks, and seven passes defensed over 12 regular-season games (really 11 since he was ejected before the first snap of Week 1).
