Melton is set to receive $1.145 million in 2026 after playing 16 regular-season contests for the Packers in 2025. The wide receiver and special teams piece suffered a knee injury at the end of the 2025 regular season, but he's healthy and ready to go for the start of the 2026 offseason.

Matthew Golden

WR

Green Bay's offseason moves leave Golden, Christian Watson and Jayden Reed without serious competition for the top three spots at wide receiver, pending results of the 2026 NFL Draft. Golden went 23rd overall in last year's draft, yet didn't score his first NFL touchdown until the playoffs. He had four straight games with at least three catches and 37 yards in Weeks 3-7, before averaging just 14.0 yards on 2.6 targets over his final eight appearances of the regular season (shoulder and wrist injuries contributed to the slump). Golden then put up 4-84-1 in a playoff loss at Chicago, restoring some hope for a Year 2 breakout. If nothing else, the Packers seem to be planning a major increase in playing time.

Micah Parsons

DE

Parsons underwent surgery shortly before the calendar flipped to 2026 to repair a torn ACL in his left knee. The recovery process typically takes around nine months, so Parsons still has a chance to be available by the time the regular season kicks off in September, but a multi-game absence is the likeliest scenario at this point.

Javon Hargrave

DT

Hargrave was released by Minnesota in a cost-cutting move earlier Wednesday. He quickly lands back on his feet with the division-rival Packers. Now 33 years old, Hargrave remains productive after accruing 52 tackles (18 solo), including 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery across 16 regular-season contests in 2025. He figures to slot in at nose tackle for Green Bay.

Zach Tom

OT

Tom popped up on the injury report with a knee injury in December and ended up missing the Packers' final four contests of the 2025 season, including their wild-card loss to the Bears. The right tackle has started all 46 games in which he's appeared over the last three regular seasons.
