Crownover missed all three practice sessions during Week 2 prep with a new knee injury. The rookie sixth-rounder will leave the Patriots thin on the offensive line as they head into a matchup with a Steelers defense that held the Falcons to 13 points in Week 1.

Dre'Mont Jones

Jones was a limited participant in all three practice sessions this week due to a foot injury, which he may have picked up during the Patriots' Week 1 loss to the Seahawks, when he logged two tackles (one solo), including 1.0 sacks. Rookies Gabe Jacas and Quintayvious Hutchins would both operate in elevated roles at the edge rusher position if Jones is not cleared to play against Pittsburgh.

Robert Spillane

LB

The inside linebacker was limited during Wednesday's session. Spillane played on all 50 defensive snaps and led the Patriots in tackles during the team's Week 1 loss to the Seahawks. He's trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Steelers.

TreVeyon Henderson

RB

Henderson sat out the Patriots' Week 1 loss to the Seahawks but has been practicing without limitations ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Steelers. Rhamondre Stevenson handled 23 touches in Henderson's absence last week, but they figure to shift into a near-even split, leaving few, if any, touches for third-stringer Corey Kiner.

Carlton Davis III

CB

Davis was listed as questionable after Friday's practice. The cornerback was unable to practice at all in Week 2, making it unsurprising that he will be incapable of suiting up for Sunday's contest. Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports that Charles Woods is likely the next man up at outside cornerback.
