Eli Raridon
TE
The Patriots selected Raridon in the third round of the 2026 NFL Draft, and he has a clear path to snaps with Julian Hill (knee) on season-ending IR and Austin Hooper having signed with the Falcons. At 6-foot-6, 245 pounds, the Notre Dame standout possesses the athleticism, speed and catch radius to threaten defenses down the seam and provide Drake Maye with another receiving option. Raridon still needs refinement as a blocker, but a strong training camp could position him for a meaningful rookie-year role. Meanwhile, Henry is positioned to hit free agency in 2027.
Terrell Jennings
RB
Jennings was limited to seven regular-season appearances in 2025 due to a combination of a concussion and hamstring injury, but he looked fully healthy during spring activities this offseason and worked with the first-team punt protection team. The third-year pro's ability to contribute on special teams will give him a clear path to a roster spot, and at 6-foot-0, 220-pounds, he has the size necessary to carve out a reserve role on offense. In addition to Jenning, competitors for the No. 3 spot behind Stevenson and Henderson are rookie seventh-round pick Jam Miller and Lan Larison.
Hunter Henry
TE
With Hill on IR and Austin Hooper now with the Falcons, 2026 third-rounder Eli Raridon is next up behind Henry on the depth chart, with CJ Dippre, Tanner Arkin and FB/TE Jack Westover also currently in the mix. Henry -- who is heading into the final season of the three-year deal he signed with New England in March 2024 -- put up a 60/768/7 receiving line on 87 targets in 17 regular-season games in 2025. He's slated to remain a key target for rising young QB Drake Maye in 2026, a context that gives Henry a stable weekly floor from a fantasy perspective.
Rhamondre Stevenson
RB
Stevenson and Henderson are thus on track to continue to share the bulk of New England's rushing load in 2026. In 14 regular-season contests in 2025, Stevenson gained 603 yards and seven TDs on 130 carries, while adding 32 catches for 345 yards and a pair of receiving scores. For his part, Henderson recorded 180 carries for 911 yards and nine TDs to go along with 35 catches for 221 yards and another score in 17 games. Though any sort of backfield time-share can complicate things from a fantasy perspective, both backs should still see enough work to generate fantasy utility while working in an offense helmed by rising young QB Drake Maye. That said, one thing that could tilt things Henderson's way is a re-occurrence of the ball-security issues Stevenson endured during the 2024 campaign, when he racked up a total of seven fumbles (three lost).
Andy Borregales
PK
After being taken in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, Borregales beat out Parker Romo last summer to emerge as New England's starting kicker ahead of the team's surprising 14-3 regular-season campaign. In the process, the 23-year University of Miami product made 27 of 32 field-goal attempts (84 percent) and 53 of 55 extra-point tries, en route to recording 134 points (seventh in the league among kickers) in 17 games. In his second campaign as a pro, his fantasy upside hinges on how an offense led by rising young signal-caller Drake Maye clicks, but at a minimum Borregales should be a solid streaming option when the Patriots are heavily favored and/or playing indoors.
